Michael Fassbender To Re-Team With Director Steve McQueen for Third Time

It isn't exactly Tim Burton/The Actor-brad Pitt, but actor Michael Fassbender and director Steve McQueen love cooperating. Based on Variety, Fassbender is placed to star in McQueen's approaching film, '12 Years a Slave,' a film in regards to a NY citizen (Chitwel Ejiofor) who had been kidnapped in 1841, simply to be saved greater than a decade later from the cotton plantation in Louisiana. 'Slave' would be the third production that Fassbender and McQueen have done, following 2008's 'Hunger' -- concerning the 1981 Irish hunger strike -- and 'Shame,' which might be probably the most taboo movie of the season. In a publish-screening press conference for 'Shame' a week ago, Fassbender stated he always aspired to link having a director, in the same manner Robert P Niro and Martin Scorsese have labored together so frequently.
