The customer, Raymond LaChance, told the newspaper that the truth that Philbin may be the former owner is type of neat, but that didn't influence his and the wifes decision to buy the home. The house has nearly 6,000 sq ft of space and sits on six acres near a condition park. Additionally, it features a pool, a tennis court along with a event gazebo.
